You already have the Do Not Alert between hours but how about if you could choose which days? Say I want to be alerted from 5pm to 10pm EST M-F and 7am-10pm Sat-Sun.

I added this to my To Do list.

You can now do this in the most recent beta ersion, 1.7.10.3. To do so, on the "Alert Settings" screen, scroll down to "Don't Alert Between..." and change the "Simple" setting to "Advanced" to be able to specify time windows by day.
